Building and Finishing Materials for 58-Storey Tower
The Exchange project includes a 59-storey luxury residential tower with 355 housing units, and a 5-level underground car park.
As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries supplied a variety of building and finishing materials: Israbeton produced over 25,000 cu.m. of concrete made up of a mixture of ordinary cement, aggregates, chemical and mineral additives as well as providing building mortar, waterproof mortar and mortar for repairs used as a basis for filling in excavations with blocks. BG Bond supplied more than 32,000 bags of grey porcelain adhesive weighing 25 kg. and Ashbond Ltd. erected nearly 9,000 sq.m. of partition blocks, including waterproof blocks for wet rooms and insulation blocks for building walls. Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. carried out flooring works with tiles and parquet over an area exceeding 2,500 sq.m. as well as providing a variety of sanitary ware - bathtubs, wash basins and lavatory bowls.
