Building Materials for the Highest Residential Complex in Israel
The High Line Complex, spanning 2.5 dunams, features a 31-story residential tower standing 106 meters tall and housing 163 units. The tower includes a ground floor with two kindergartens and shared spaces for residents, along with four underground parking levels.
As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries supplied over 23,000 cu.m. of concrete, 2,500 cu.m. of fireproof blocks and more than 5,000 buckets of BG Bond Plus adhesive weighing 20 kg. Various building materials were also provided such as gravel, white water-resistant cement plaster, armoured panels and insulation panels. Zahavi Atzmon carried out tile and parquet flooring works over a total area of around 5,000 sq.m., as well as providing tubs, washbasins and lavatory pans for the toilets and bathrooms.
