Building and Finishing Materials for Urban Renewal Complex 

In the Neve Avivim neighborhood, a new residential complex spanning approximately 42,000 sq.m. is under construction. The complex features three residential towers above a three-level parking structure—two 9-story towers and one 18-story tower.

As part of the construction operations, Ashtrom Industries' subsidiaries supplied a wide range of building and finishing materials. Israbeton provided over 30,000 cu.m. of concrete and plaster, including concrete for piles, raft foundations, thermal insulation, and drainage. Ashkalit Ltd. cast 2,820 cu.m. of fireproof blocks and supplied materials such as water-resistant white cement plaster, adhesive, gravel, insulation panels, and armored panels for compression shafts. Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. completed flooring works using tiles and parquet across a total area of approximately 20,000 sq.m., in addition to supplying a variety of sanitary ware, including bathtubs, sinks, and toilet bowls.
